Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) sponsored the Navy Special Operations Foundation (NSOF) Gala celebrated at the Hilton Main in downtown Norfolk, VA on Saturday, June 10th. CEO and Co-Founder of OSG, Tyrone Logan, received an award for his generous contributions and dedication to the foundation.
OSG supports the NSOF’s mission to help Active-Duty, Veterans, and Families of lost loved ones with resources and supports to those suffering from PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Tyrone expresses his support to the Foundation as a former Navy Special Operator as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician and Veteran who has witnessed the positive impact NSOF has made to support this community in preventing suicide and taking action to support those in need. Even after combat operations in Afghanistan and Iraq have concluded, our operators are still plagued by suicidal thoughts, PTSD, anxiety and depression.
The NSOF is tailored and aligned specifically to the NSO community. The challenges and operations are specific which help individuals seeking assistance that may have similar situations they are dealing with.
