  • The 10-year SITE III IDIQ provides a centralized and synchronized IT acquisition capability to meet worldwide security requirements and technical support services through system design, development, fielding, and sustainment of global intelligence and Command and Control assets. SITE III facilitates worldwide coverage for integrated IT intelligence requirements and technical support services to the DIA and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). SITE III also supports business process reengineering and development, performance measures and metrics, feasibility studies, IT systems architecture development and planning, research, design, engineering and development of systems, and fielding and installation of systems with capabilities developed during the design and engineering phase. 

    The Defense Intelligence Agency, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) holds overall contractual responsibility for the basic SITE III contracts as the Procuring Contracting Office (PCO). The DIA, Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for program management and technical oversight of the basic contracts. The SITE III Program Manager (PM) and supporting Program Management Office (PMO) serve as the CIO’s designated office of responsibility for managing and administering functional and technical oversight of the program.

    SCOPE

    The Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supports both classified and unclassified programs on multiple security domains. SITE III is designed to provide information technology (IT) mission support mission partners across the Department of Defense (DoD) and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).

    The SITE III contract features decentralized ordering and is designed as a flexible and responsive end-user solution with acquisition streamlining advantages. The services and capabilities supported by the SITE III contract provide responsive, flexible, adaptive, and timely solutions to satisfy current and future IT requirements.

  • Marine Air–Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Training Systems Support (MTSS) is a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract (MATOC). The contract is structured for maximum flexibility by providing for an expedited ordering process to primarily satisfy the training and education requirements of Training and Education Command (TECOM) organizations. However, this contract may be utilized to satisfy all within scope, worldwide training and education requirements for any Marine Corps organization that is directly supporting Marine Corps training and education.

    The MAGTF Training Systems Support (MTSS) effort provides standardized training to operate as a MAGTF in current and future environments by supporting, for example, standardized service level training. Innovative technologies and existing acquisition programs of record that support the training and education of the total force are leveraged to increase skill levels and confidence of individuals and units through repetitive and realistic training, using modern simulations-based capabilities for collective and individual training.

    Scope of Services

    • Provide realistic computer-based simulation training to the MTSS training audience, ranging from individual Marines through senior Marine Corps MAGTF commanders and their battle staffs, using  current C4ISR systems, the  CAST/CACCTUS, MTWS and DVTE
    • Provide simultaneous daily and 24 hour exercise support planning, preparing and executing for, but not necessarily limited to, the following:
    • MAGTF warfighting skills
    • Command, Control, Communication, and Computers (C4) Mobile Training Team (MTT)
    • Warfighting Seminar (WFS)
    • Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP) instruction
    • Practical Planning Application (PPA)
    • Command Post Exercise (CPX) Mission Rehearsal Exercise (MRX)
    • Integrated Training Exercise
    • Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) Course
    • Large Scale Exercise (LSE)
    • Amphibious Exercises
    • Joint/Combined Exercises
    • C2 Systems Training
    • Watch Officer/Watch Chief (WO/WC)

    In response to Task Orders issued under this contract by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Systems Command, Office of Naval Research, Naval Air Systems Command, Strategic Systems Programs, or the United States Marine Corps, the Contractor shall provide services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON) ordering activities.
