• JNAT/JSITS

JSITS (Joint Specialized Instruction & Training Support) courses are specialized training programs designed to equip operations and intelligence professionals with the skills needed to analyze, engage and target friendly, neutral and adversary networks.

These courses focus on the integration of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) to identify and disrupt enemy communications and operations, emphasizing both technical proficiency and strategic application.

Courses

Joint Network Analysis and Targeting (JNAT-L Course)
Joint Network Analysis & Targeting (JNAT-L) is a 10-Day course with 2-4 Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) and is open to all students from private sector civilians, government employees, DoD and contactors. The JNAT-L OPT Leaders course teaches students the fundamentals of operational design and planning using the JNAT-L processes and tools, applying them to existing organizational planning processes. This course teaches intelligence fusion, operations-intelligence integration and joint interoperability designed to produce a unit JNAT OPT Leader. The course increases the time for students to develop individual training materials for each JNAT-L module and work with the JNAT-L cadre on methods for training in Joint Concepts-Human Aspects of Military Operations (JC-HAMO), Network Engagement techniques at their units, companies or organizations. Students are evaluated for the products they produce during the course and the quality of their teach backs conducted. Classes are typically 10-14 students with the class being broken into Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) and characterized by hands-on scenario driven training, with product production and teach backs, to invigorate critical thinking skills, develop briefing and teaching capabilities and enhance planners' abilities to conduct practical application of JNAT-L Processes at their companies, parent units or agencies.
  • Course Length: 10 Days

Joint Zero Open-Source Research (J-OSR)
Joint Zero Open-Source Research (J-OSR) is a 1-week, 5-day course designed for Joint, DoW, Government Interagency, private sector, and private industry participants. The course addresses crucial training and information gaps not met by existing DoW, Joint Special Operations, Other Government Agencies (OGAs), private sector, or private industry programs. It is designed for any company, unit, organization, or mission set—across government and private enterprise—that benefits from an operational understanding of how to conduct Operational Exploitation of Publicly Available Information (OE-PAI) to enhance planning, situational awareness, corporate competitiveness and effective collaboration with intelligence and decision-support elements.

The course also highlights an enduring gap across enterprises: corporate competitive and military non-intel roles, often lack an understanding of the tools, processes, and requests required to collaborate effectively with the Information Community. This course intentionally incorporates OE-PAI framing to help Information Operations, marketing and strategic planners understand the operational environment/battlespace, improve their ability to draft tasks/RFIs when operational employment is underway, and bridge the seam between operational elements and intelligence support.

This course addresses the baseline necessity needed by equipping students with operationally relevant research practices that support decision-making, enable narrative development, and inform strategic influence planning.
  • Course Length: 5 Days
  • Minimum Participants: 10
  • Maximum Participants: 28
  • Cost per student: $2,200.00
Joint Network Development Course (JNDC)
The Joint Network Design Course (JNDC) trains and educates DoW, Government Agency, and private sector personnel to understand and apply Irregular Warfare (IW) and Unconventional Warfare (UW) fundamentals in military and civil-military, Joint competitive multi-domain operating environments. You will identify, reconnoiter, engage, and expand existing networks, as well as design additional networks in support of IW and UW objectives during Joint Multi-Domain and business, geopolitical, and military operations. JNDC is conducted at the Unclassified and Secret levels. Upon completing the course, students will be able to apply historical lessons, current doctrine and training, and mission analysis to the reconnaissance and design of networks in support of U.S. goals and objectives.  JNDC delivers the best results and is particularly beneficial to commands when the classes include students from multiple MOSs, Agencies, and Enterprises.
  • Course Length: 15 Days
  • Minimum Participants: 14
  • Maximum Participants: 21
  • Cost per student: $5,000.00
Joint Network Analysis & Targeting, Planners 5-Day (JNAT-P5)
Joint Network Analysis & Targeting, Planners 5-Day (JNAT-P5) course is a 5-Day course with 2-4 Operational Planning Teams (OPTs). The JNAT OPT teaches students form private industry, government and DoD the fundamentals of operational design and planning using the JNAT processes and tools, applying them to the individual organizations existing planning processes. This course teaches intelligence fusion, operations intelligence integration and joint interoperability designed to produce unit Planners from all of the functional areas of a corporation, agency or command into a JNAT OPT. The Planners course is focused on seeding up the executing the planning process through practical application. Students will also develop individual training materials for each JNAT module and work with the JNAT cadre on methods for incorporating these training materials at their respective corporations, agencies or commands. Students are evaluated for the products they produce during the course. Classes are typically 12-28 students with the class being broken into Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) and characterized by hands-on scenario driven training, with product production and teach backs, to invigorate critical thinking skills, develop briefing and teaching capabilities and enhance planners' abilities to conduct practical application of JNAT Process at their parent units or agencies.
